Concierge Acute Care
Telehealth acute care visits are available for $50. The 20-minute visit consists of reviewing the presented problem, assessment, and discussion of treatment. A prescription, if applicable, is included in the price.
- Typical complaints addressed: sore throats, pink eye, urinary tract infections, nausea/vomiting related to GI bug, female complaints, sinus infections
- Unable to treat the following: chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, or psychiatric disorders
- No controlled substances will be prescribed.
Medical Weight Loss
This would entail an in-office visit in which we can discuss previous attempts at weight loss, goals, and possible interventions to assist in the journey.
- B12, Phentermine, and LipoLean injections are available.
Meredith, NP is professional but so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's good at what she does and confident in her work! She is honest and knows what looks good and is very reasonable.
